Booking your Reservation

Please Review All Hideout Policies.
RESERVATION POLICIES:
We require 50% of the total rental on the date reservation is booked and the balance is due thirty days (30) days prior to stay which will be charged to credit card on file. All Full Facility rentals require full payment Sixty days (60) prior to Event. Only major credit cards accepted. Guest must be 21 years of age to make reservation. We require a two day minimum for Non-Holiday and a three day minimum for Holidays. Check-in 4:00pm / Check-out 11:00am Guests arriving before 4pm may not check-in until 4pm. An additional fee of $50.00 charged to credit card on file per ½-hour guest stays after regular checkout time of 11am.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
If the customer cancels the reservation for any reason, no refunds or credit is given including early departures and no-shows.

PET POLICY:
Absolutely no pets allowed on property. Management will ask guest found violating this policy to remove their pet(s) from our property and will be charged $250 fine per pet and charge to the credit card on file.

LOST/DAMAGED PROPERTY:
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property while staying at our cabins. Hideout is not responsible for personal items left inside cabins. If you request us to pick up items and send them to you using US Postal Service, it is COD.

NOISE POLICY: We have quite time after 11pm to prohibit disruptions for our guest. For parties that would like to maintain a high volume of noise after this time would be required to move to our pavilion or landing areas.

SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking prohibited inside all cabins on all Hideout Properties. A surcharge of $250.00 per cabin will apply if smoke detected in any of cabins. In addition, the customer/renter is responsible for any additional cleaning expenses incurred by Hideout resulting in any type of cigarette or cigar smoke. Please dispose of cigarette butts in proper outdoor receptacles when smoking outside.

NO TENTS: A surcharge of $250.00 will apply if guest place tents on our property. During your stay at the Hideout, an adult 21 years or older must be on the property when minors are present. Underage drinking not allowed on the properties owned by the Hideout. Failure to comply with the above rules may result in the loss of your reservation and all monies forfeited.


ADDITIONAL GUEST SURCHARGE:
A $75.00 Surcharge per person per night will apply if the number of guests exceeds the specified number of guests allowed per cabin.
LoneStar Cabin: accommodates up to 8 guests.
Longhorn Cabin: accommodates up to 4 guests.
BlueBonnett Cabin accommodates up to 4 guests
Full Facility, which includes all three cabins listed above, accommodates up to 16 guests.

VEHICLE/PARKING SPACE LIMITES:
 LoneStar Cabin: Allowable Number of Vehicles = Not to Exceed 4 Vehicles.
Longhorn Cabin: Allowable Number of Vehicles = Not to Exceed 2 Vehicles.
BlueBonnett Cabin: Allowable Number of Vehicles = Not to Exceed 2 Vehicles.
Full Facility: Allowable Number of Vehicles = Not to Exceed 8 Vehicles.

If the number of vehicles exceeds the number allowed for each individual reservation, an additional $75.00 surcharge per vehicle will apply. This rule is in place to allow parking availability for all guests staying at our property.


The Hideout on the Guadalupe reserves the right to rent the facility to customers 21 years of age or older.
During your stay, an adult, 21 years of older, must be on the property when minors are present. Underage drinking is not allowed on our property. Failure to comply the above rules may result in the loss of your reservation and any payments applied to your reservation will be forfeited and become non-refundable. Failure to return our rental paperwork does not release you, the customer, from our rental policies. The rental policies remain in effect throughout the length of your reservation stay with The Hideout and you, the renter/customer, are liable for any and all damages that occur during your stay. The Hideout, or any representative of The Hideout, reserves the right to evict customers/guests who do not comply with the rental policies and/or become reckless or unmanageable as defined by management. If a customer/guest is evicted from the property, all rental rates/fees are non-refundable and forfeited by the customer. If the customer chooses to voluntarily or involuntarily vacate the premises at any time, the customer forfeits all payments towards the reservation and a refund will NOT be issued for any part of the reservation.The Hideout, and its owners are not responsible for any accidents you or a guest may have on the property located at 6954 River Road or on the Guadalupe River. If an accident occurs on the property, your personal insurance must cover all expenses, including but not limited to, emergency room fees, ambulance fees, doctor or hospital visits.
